BCPVPA: British Columbia Principal and Vice Principal Association The intended purposes of the Leadership Standards are to provide a framework for leadership succession and continuous professional learning. Each leadership standard has a corresponding belief statement, action statement, and reflective questions that can be used to guide and develop practice.
